The coat really was too narrow in the neck so I cut off the collar, making the neck hole bigger at the same time and now I'm going to attach a new collar.
Unfortunately, the way my cold is developing, I may not be able to go to the party it's intended for.

It's a fabulous-looking coat though! I meant to say so earlier when you posted the pics. I like how it's PINK! Pink & pirates, heh! :-)
