The skirt with braces/jumper in question. I'm not sure if they look like a hanging bag, but it is hard to see anything else.

Hi, found this post while journal surfing and just wanted to say that with a lower cut top and maybe some scarves around the hips this actually looks like the beginnings of an awesome Ren Faire garb piece!

Thanks, but it is only knee length. Anyway, I make 16th century garb, you can see some here (http://web.comhem.se/~u31138198/costumegallery.html) if you want to (scroll down, I start with medieval).

From this angle it looks just like a ghawazee vest, so you can drop the blouse and wear some decorated bra.

I don't think it's that bad, but the red does draw the eye.

Or maybe pasties.

I wonder what sort of comments that would generate :)

I'm not sure if I'd use the term "hanging bags" either. The cut of this style and, as [livejournal.com profile] steelweaver said, the colors really draw the eye. I'm not sure this is a good effect for work. ;-)

I'm actually envisioning this with a silk grey top for casual outings.

Note to Rikard

Umm, Rikard, you're crazy. You'd better be awfully grateful that she, and they, will let you perform penance to them to keep make them happy again.

Just because red draws the eye doesn't make them "hanging bags."

I second that.

Perhaps if the top has a wide neckline/deeper "V" to it? Also, perhaps a different colour?

NOT hanging bags

Your breasts do not hang in this outfit. But, my breasts tend to sit higher when I put my hands on my hips too.

But it is not unflattering at all. It is eye catching, and perhaps would be less so with another color top.

The outfit flatters your bosoms quite nicely. Perhaps you were wearing a different bra when he made the comment? Either way, I"m sure he'd prefer it if you wore the skirt

I don't see any hint of hanging bags whatsoever, but it sure puts focus on your chest. This is not at all a bad thing. :-)
