Am I ill or not?

One of the problems with having a chronic disease which causes pain, tiredness and occasionally flu-like symptoms is that you often don't know if you're ill or not. Right now I have pain in my chest and most joints, which is due to arthritic inflammation, but I also am very cold and have a sinus headache and I can't tell if I'm ill, so that I can go home and rest or if it's just arthritis in which case I should first work and then go to my aqua aerobics. It feels a like the beginning of a flu, but then it quite often does :(
