A new dress

Last week (and a little this week) I made yet a 1940s inspired dress. And yesterday evening I had the energy to actually make pin curls to sleep on and thus I could today take somewhat stylish photos of me in the dress. And pretend very hard that it is summer and not barely spring.

With a shrug, which is how I wore it most of the time at work, since it's a bit chilly in my office at times.

They are lovely, though the construction isn't perfect, the foot tends to slide forwards, something that could have been avoided if the heel area had been a bit more level.
