To cheer myself up I ordered the Doris top from Pin-up Girl Clothing. It was definitely an extravagant thing to do - not only is 52 dollars for a blouse rather expensive, but the shipping is 48 dollars too. It may have been worth it though. I had problems deciding what size to buy, since according to the size chart even if the bust of the XL was my size the waist might be half an inch too narrow, but the bust of the 2XL was 4 inches too wide. Since it looks silly with bagging fabric around the bust I decided to go for XL and found to my surprise that it is a bit too narrow in the bust, it squashes my bust and makes it flatter, and fit perfect in the waist. Next time I'll go for the 2XL. Because I think there will be a next time, it really looks good on.
