Apart from buttons, which I can't get until I can walk properly again, the lumber jacket is finished and it looks like this:

Apart from the new jacket I'm wearing fishnet stockings from What Katie Did, a skirt and a blouse that I have made and shoes from Deichmann.

I also tried a new  '40s hair-do. I've wanted to try it for a while; you pull all the hair upwards and then make several small rolls. I think it looks great from the front and while it's not perfect in the back I think it will only take a little practice. And it took less than ten minutes to do, which is good. And I think that it makes me look very proper and mature. Which the fishnet stockigns counteract in this photo :)

I love everything about your outfit. Your hair looks great - how did it only take less than 10 minutes? I struggle with rolls for what feels like hours, but is probably more likely only 1/2 hour when my arms start to lose feeling.

Slightly dirty hair helps ;)
And practice. In the beginning I used a curler with no heat on, just to get the roll.

Thank you.
