Updated webpage and a new dress diary

I finally updated my webpage and also started a new dress diary, one that hopefully will make more progress than the old one, of a 16th century flemish dress. I made a small update on that one too, but now it's officially put on hold due to the expected baby.

Date: 2003-11-26 08:03 am (UTC)I'll bet it snags if you even look at it - it's similar stuff (though a different pattern) tot eh gold brocade for my Eliz forepart and seleeves which is a real bugger for snagging.
I made myself a quartered red and gold male "cotehardie" in similar stuff many years ago and it had the same problem (I gave up wearing thelink belt with it as it always snagged the floating fibres in the pattern)
But it looks so sumptuous I can't resist it.
