12th century headwear for men

An SCA friend asked me yesterday about male headwear for the 12th century. So I looked my collection pf pictures and one thing led to another - so today I wrote a long and image heavy post in my costuming-only-blog. It's here.

Thanks. I did have most of them in my files, but yes, it took some time and energy. Especially the latter, since I'm still ill. I actually had to lie down for and hour after writing that blog post.
On teh other hand: now I can point people to it and I won't have to do the work again next time somebody asks.
