Spraining an ankle

 On my way home from work, and from pickign up my dolls which arrived today I sprained my ankle. I tumbled down on an uneven road, and Rickard had to come get me with my crutches. Now I try to lie with my foot high, and it hurts so much :(

OUCH!!! In English, the standard treatment for joint injuries is shortened to RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. Not sure how to fit in the H for Hugs, but Rickard better be supplying lots of them! :)
