flickornas första klänningar

I'm beginning to think that I might not re-paint them, they have such sweet faces. Except the lips , maybe, they're too young to wear all that lipstick ;)

I also accidentally bought another Cinderella doll, which will probably show up next week. But then it will be enough, four girls is a nice, even number.

Well, having finished this I might start on my velour skater dress tomorrow, after I've been to the hospital for a CT-scan of my stomach, to see if they can remove the big hernia that's like a ball in on one wide of my abdomen (scar hernia since the surgery in 2013).

Or I'll make a bonnet :)

They're very pretty.

You could always dye the new girl's hair like I did with my second blonde (mine was meant to be a redhead but she came out a lightish reddish brown).

Fingers crossed for the hernia.

Non-amonia hair-dye (I used Casting Creme Gloss, but leave it on a really long time - overnight if possible - for the colour to be strong enough).

you have to be really careful not to get it on the vinyl of the face or the rest of the doll. Wrap her in clingfilm and put a line of vaseline around the hairline if you're really worried. I didn't bother but there were a coupleof splashes I had to wipe away as soon as they happend.
