Not in a good place

Right now I feel so sad and tired of being sick all the time. I got a flare in my arthritis in mid-Freburary and it just won't go away. I got prednisolone and it helped a little. But then on Tuesday I got a scare from a rather high blood pressure, fearlign that my Graves' disease had returned. I took tests and my thyroid values were normal, so we're guessing that it was a side effect from the prednisolone. So now I'm not taking that, which has relieved my constant headache and overehating - which is good. But I still have my swollen joints and pain :(

What I really, really need is to get off work and rest, but that takes so much work.

er here in the U.S., they've been advertising very mild immunosuppressants for psoriatic arthritis for years. Is something like that available to you? It might be worth a discussion with your doctor if prednisolone is giving you problems...?

I'm already on metothrexate and remicade, I got teh falre despite of that :(
