Right now I have a bad conscience about not watching more of Medieval week live, and not taking part in Raglan online.
I feel like I am given such opportunities to attend from my home, and I just waste them :( And I don't even mind online classes, and small hang-outs, so I can't use that as an excuse.

Exhaustion combined with a strong drive to be "good" really sucks. It makes me feel ungrateful and sort of useless.

Stop that at once!

Those are persuits that you do because you choose to do them, therefore it is just as valid a choice, and completely acceptable, when you choose not to.

Can you change your brain into believing that "good" means healing your brain, rather than taking part in everything interesting that's available? You are ill, not just staying home for fun and leisure. I mean, if you had broken your leg you wouldn't feel like a bad person for not running the marathon, right?
