Have any of you tried this?
How thin is it? I have a severe problem to visualize anything with the help of the fabric weight, which is 3,35 oz. Especially in ounces which I have NO relation to.

Edit: After some counting and thinking I decided I had to have it anyway. If it's not thin and fine enough I can use it for veils, partlets etc and if I had waited it might not be there when I need it.

Oh yes, but since I don't smoke, don't drink alcohol(not while breast-feeding and that might be another year) or coffee I must have _some_ addiction!

Haven't used this exact fabric, from this exact vendor...but, I have used a lot of handerkechief weight linen, and I think it will be just what you are looking for. Best of luck!

Nice stuff, fairly thin, I got spoiled by that 2.8 they had last year but this isn't bad stuff at all. I ordered 5 yards of it to make hubby shirts out of.

Ohhh those are absolutely stunning. The red in particular is to die for.

Could you point me to where in their confusing catalogue you found them? I want to see if there's more of the same in other colours, and neither of those are showing up for me in their silk taffetas' section.

I'm currently drooling over these two. I'm thinking either would make a pair of truly wonderful trapunto-work sleeves to wear with the chocolate brown dress I'm gonna make, I just can't decide which.

Do let us know what the linen is like when you get it.

Yes, the plum colour is lovely and the brick dust too. Mmm. but I have no more money for fabric right now (although I plan to visit "A1 fabric store" on Goldhawk rd when I get to London, there's where I got the silk for my green bliaut)
