Buy the book from the university press she mentioned a bit back, most likely.

I will look into it in about a month or so.

I contacted the university and asked how you order them, but haven't got an answer yet (two days ago only). In an ideal world yout local book store should be able to order them via the ISSN, but I don't know if it works that way in the real world.
