Maja's first birthday

frualeydisToday is Maja's first birthday. I think about her birth and the year we've had together.
Her birthday will be "celebrated" by her getting a vaccination shot and being weighed etc. at the child health central. In the afternoon my mother, sister and brother-in-law will come to us and I will help the female part of that group with their dresses. My sister is finished with her engineer's degree so there will be some official festivities where they need evening dresses.

Sorry to hear about The hitch-hiker's guide to the galaxy. Now I don't think I will see it at the cinema, I'll just wait until you can rent it at the video-store. I _hate_ when they remove the funny british humour to make it more acceptable to the american audience.
