Short update

I updated the diary with a picture of the sleeve pattern I'm using. Tomorrow we have an excursion with my job and I hope to get some good pictures of the Bocksten bog man costume. Unless they're working with it right now, I don't remember when we were going to do that. I plan to sew on the bus so I'm bringing the sleeves.

Oh the bog man. I remember watching a TV show about how they found him when I was quite little, which gave me nightmares. Since then I have seen him several times, but I must confess to skipping the actual man and stare at the clothes instead. My son wants me to make the hood for him this summer, so I must try to make the pattern smaller.

The sleeves looks very nice, but I agree taht it looks like velvet in the portrait. It's a pity that silk velvet are so expensive.
