You know, it's very hard to keep up any enthusiasm for work and get something done when it hurts everywhere and all the time. Of course it always hurts, but right now it is just too much pain.

Hang on in there - it will cycle 'round to *less* pain.

I'm so lucky. Taking the daily glucosamine has almost entirely got rid of the ache in my hands and lessened it elsewhere.
