Sheer beauty
Jun. 2nd, 2005 03:04 pmI'm listening to Sonata in E major for violin by Thomas Augustine Arne . I wonder can there by any other music that is so beautiful in every aspect, every second, every single tone? If so, it's probably by Händel, but right now I cannot imagine anything more beautiful.
I'm leaving work now because I'm uninspired and my body hurts.

and the cherry tree choir section in madama butterfly
(no idea what it is called, but i think springtime japanese cherry trees in blossom when i hear it)
and there's also the otherwordly recorder parts from the film music from schindler's list that always makes me cry...
