Ouch

The lower part of my back hurts so much I can't think, read or work. I also feel warm and tired like I have a temperature. Probably just the inflammatory activity in my joints. But I just can't work. I will go and sit down in the pentry with a book and hope that it stops hurting, I've already taken medication that didn't work. Then in an hour or so Rickard and the kids will come here and we will take a walk down town and do some shopping (retail therapy you know) before we go home and I go to bed. My coven will come around 7.30 pm to celebrate the full moon, so I will have plenty of time to rest.
