Trouble with my sick leave

Today I feel really, really down. I have been on 50% sick leave since september, mainly because my back keeps me from working more than 4 hours a day now that I can't take my medication. To be away from work for more than one week and get money from the social insurance system you need a paper from your doctor. First I got this assurance from my doctor, telling that I really am ill, covering september and october. She didn't make it last longer because i was due for my annual visit to my "real" doctor, the one who's responsible for me, before the end of October. Surprise, surprise, I didn't get to see her in October, Now I've finally got an appointment with her, on the 15th of January. So I called the department for rheumatic diseases by the end of october and they sent me another paper from the first doctor, giving me another month, because by then I should for sure have seen the one I was supposed to meet. As you know this didn't happen so the first of Decmeber I made another call and they promised to sent my paper for December. On the 12th it hadn't arrived, so since I was going to the hospital for my training anyway I asked about it. It took a while but after 45 minutes waiting they said that their papers said it was sent on the first. They said that maybe the postal service was late because of all the christmas cards people send and that I should call them if it didn't arrive. The postal service is sometimes slow, but two weeks?? By tuesday (last tuesday) there was no sign of it so I called them. I had gotten a copy of their copy, that I could give to my employer, but to get money from the health insurance I need to send them the original. Because of that they couldn't just make another copy, but the doctor had to write a new paper. Allowing a day for this, it is still monday and no sign of this paper. And when I called today during their phone hours between 1 and 3 pm it was first occupied and then they turned on the answering machine at 1.40, saying they wouldn't be back until tomorrow at eight. That is also the last working day for at least a week.
It is my life they're fucking with!!! It's my rent that has to be paid. I can buy that one letter got lost in the mail, although it has never happened to me before, but two??!!
Even if I get hold of them tomorrow I will not get this paper before next year and the health insurance people needed it in the first week of December if I should get any money before the 20th of January.

What have I done to deserve to be treated like this? It's hard enough anyway to please the people from the health insurance and to get all the papers you need, you actually need to be very healthy to cope with being ill, but this is just too much!
