Another night when Maja has kept me awake so much that I can't concentrate on my work. I'm slowly working on the paper for the fashion conference in Copenhagen, but spend much more time looking at LJ, hitting the refresh button, drinking tea and sighing. It will have to be finished in the middle of next week so my mentor will have time to look at it before it has to be submitted on the 20th. It will also need to be proof-read by somebody who's a native english speaker. Yes I'm begging shamelessly. On the other hand the contents are rather interesting, or at least will be.
If it ever gets finished, it doesn't feel like that right now.
Anyway, instead of sitting here doing nothing (my body hurts quite a lot too today) Rickard, Maja and I are going to take a walk downtown and I'm going to buy some hooks and eyes for the jacket.

Sleepless nights makes the next day hard. I never thought that would happen when I was twenty, but nowadays it's a sad truth.

spend much more time looking at LJ, hitting the refresh button, drinking tea and sighing.
Sounds like me. I ought to do a lot of things right now. But I don't.

I hope you have as glorious weather in Göterborh as it is in Stockholm, and that the walk do you good!

*hugs*

Which sort of English speaker - American English or English English??? What sort of proof reading? Proper proof reading or simply proof reading to ensure its basically gramatically correct??

As [livejournal.com profile] galiana_db said - anyone on your list would be prepared to proof read it.

Yeah, what Bess said. I'd be happy to proof read, too.

Don't be glum! I just realized I'm also less optimistic after not enough sleep (and not enough caffeine. :-) I think that's normal. Sorry to hear your body is hurting today. Your paper sounds cool though! I'd like to read it but I can't guarantee I can provide timely feedback due to my own work.
