What I like and what I don't like

I'm going to make a list of things I like and don't like about my life just right now at this moment:
I like...
* That I managed to get the "foundation bodice" for my sack dress together yesterday. Today I might actually be able to attach the pleated back.
* That I'm pregnant and that it went so fast, right on the first try.
* That I had the guts to tell my job that I wouldn't teach classes when on sick leave, so now I can rest and get well hopefully.
* That I have the most adorable 9-year-old girls in the world.
* Being married
* That I seem to be getting along fairly well without my cytostatika (chemotherapy) and anti-inflammatory medicines that I usually take for my arthritis, but can't take now, being pregnant.
* That I have 16 m 115 cm wide very thin silk taffeta that I bought in London two weeks ago. It will all be turned in to 12th century dresses.
I don't like...
* That I'm so tired, tired, tired constantly and don't have the energy for anything it seems.
* Feeling sick, it's not that bad but I feel uneasy most of the time.
* That I have too many things that I have to do even if I'm on sick leave, preparing for two conferences on the week I get back to work, a lecture at the university that nobody else can give, a lecture at "my" medieval group's event this weekend and a lecture in my coven. I wish I could just say that I'm ill and can't do those things, but unfortunately life doesn't work that way, we have responsibilities to other people.
* That my grandmother, whom I love dearly, has cancer and there's nothing anybody can do.
It might seem that the negatives outweigh the positives, but there are some very heavy positives so in general I actually like my life, I just needed to complain a little.
