When a woman is tired of fabric...
Sep. 10th, 2003 10:33 amI survived yesterday, but just barely. I think you can appreciate how tired I was when I was in Boras, the best place for buying fabric, especially fine wool, cheaply in this country, and I decided to find the rest room at the university and take a nap instead of going out to the shopping area.
It might even be something more serious than that, because I feel that I have enough fabric!!
Yes, you read that right, I don't think I need more fabric. It must be really serious, maybe even deadly.
I mean, objectively, I do have enough fabric for anybody, but it hasn't felt like that before. And it's been like that all the time since I cam home from London with my new silk.
I really should be working on my 18th century dress, but I think I will have to face that I don't have the energy to finish it by friday, which means it probably won't be finished until after the baby is born.
I think I'll just get a cup of tea and watch "Days Of Our Lives" instead.
