Up too late
May. 14th, 2005 11:42 pmIt is twenty to midnight. What am I (and the rest of the family, including Maja) doing up this late? We have a picnic tomorrow, I should go to sleep immediately.
I cut out all pieces but one for the bodice of the flemish gown tonight: I didn't have quite enough black linen to make the second back piece lining. I decided with the help from Anna to make the gown from thin black wool with just a hint of blue in it. I have three pieces of thin black wool in different shades of black, but this looked best with the black velvet partlet.
Hmm, I really should update the dress diary with this. maybe next week, I will probably be to tired to do anything about it after tomorrow's picnic (including one hour bus ride both ways). I also have a chapter from a colleague's dissertation to proof read.
