I finally got it to work

After attaching the skirt I tried the kirtle on and the bodice is still too big. Fortunately not in the waist, but further up, so I don't have to rip the skirt off. But apart from that it looks really good on me, so now I "just" have to fix the bodice, fell an 7 seams in the skirt and hem it.
I just pray it won't stretch much when being worn.
