I, and thousands of other people here in Sweden, received this mail earlier this week (I got it twice). Unfortunately there is no way I can convey how funny it is, so this is only for my swedish readers.
The first attempts at phishing in Sweden was with letters in english, some idiots got fooled, but most people realized that it's highly unlikely that a swedish bank would send letters in english to their customers. So now they send them in swedish, only it isn't really swedish, just a text translated through Babelfish or something like it. The words are sometimes correct and you can understand the sentences, but they are constructed totally wrong grammatically; words come in the wrong order etc. The have also invented the word "fraudkamp", which I find highly amusing. I think it really should be pronounced in a german way, since the word "kamp" (fight, struggle) exist in german too and "fraud" of course is very much like "Frau".
