Curvy knitters alert
Jul. 21st, 2010 10:12 amMy friends Caroline and Anna are planning to make knitting patterns for women with a large difference between bust, waist and hips, since knitting patterns normally are way to straight for us curvy women, making cardis and jumpers look weird over the bust and hips or too loose in the waist.
But, since all curvy women aren't shaped the same way Caroline is now asking curvy knitters to contribute their measurements and what changes they usually have to make when knitting(if any) over in her blog Caroline Creations, so that the patterns will be as good and fit as many as possible.
And don't feel that you can't contribute if you're small, this is about proportions, not size.
