Oh heavens. I'm glad it's not just me. I have been doing that sort of thing SO MUCH lately it is driving me nuts. I'll get all the way to the end of a garment and then sew the second sleeve on inside out, or something-- it's so annoying. And then my non-sewer boyfriend will innocently enquire "Isn't there, like, a way to check for that or something?" #($(*@#&! let's see YOU do this right, boyo!!! Hmph.
I hate seam-ripping, it takes longer than anything else. Last time I had enough seam allowance I just cut the whole seam off and started over slightly smaller. Ugh!
