Soon off to surgery

 In 35 minutes I will get out of the door and take the tram to one of the suburbs, where the hospital is. I have taken painkillers, I have done my two morning scrubbings with chlorhexidine, and yesetrday I did two before going to bed. Chlorhexidine on sensitive mucous membrane is not enjoyable at all. And my hair feels like wire wool, but that will get better in a few weeks.

I'm a little nervous, depite all my surgery practice. But a prolapse surgery is rather intimate. And also I'm going to be awake which I am less used to. I had trouble sleeping tonight so I might actually fall asleep naturally, that has happened before - I have fallen asleep during dental surgery when I was a teenager, and when I a had root canal some years ago, I swear that I fell asleep, becuse the time just disappeared.

All went well

 Though they did fins out that I might have to have further surgery. They had planned to fix one thing and then when they found out that there was another thing that needed fixing that couldn't be done there and now. We will have to see if this was enough fr if I need more surgery. I have soem pain, but not much, right now and I'm soon going to bed and I think that I will sleep well.
