I can't get it to work!

So, I'm reaching the end of one section of the chapter, feeling kind of good about it and realize that further down I have written down lots of ideas and theories that I haven't addressed this far and now I don't know where to put them or have to get them into the text. they are important, but I don't know where they will fit in!
Bleh!
All I want to do is go home and be with Rickard and Maja.
