Sickness progress report

I started being sick around eight. Unlike Rickard I wasn't sick all night, the last time was half past two in the night. In general I think I fared better than him. The twins started around one and two respectively. Since they are 11 years old they only woke us up the first time so while I heard them several times during the night I'm not sure how bad it was, or who.
I woke at quarter past seven and because I couldn't take any medication yesterday and because the sickness also causes joint aches I am in too much pain to sleep. I also have a bad headache but I have taken all my pills and drink apple juice carefully to get rid of the dehydration so I think it will get better. Unfortunately the only room I can sit in without waking the twins is the computer room since we moved Valeria out in the living room in the middle of the night. Both kids have high beds with an extra bed under one of them and a desk under the other and they needed to sleep nearer to the ground so they could get to the bathroom easily.
Rcikard is still very weak and has a temperature and Maja seems to be allright.

Aww, the tale of woe continues. I feel sorry for you all. It seems as this is not wanting to go away easily.
