The interview went well, I think. Nobody knows how it will be when they have cut it but I don't think I made a fool of myself.
The 13th century wall paintings wasn't very clear, but huge!

There are more paintings under the white lime wash which was put there after the reformation. It would cost a lot to restore them though and it would also expose the paintings to air and light and other damaging stuff.

To me, the reformation was a total waste of time, ruining all the wonderful church architecture and decorations. Imagine all those statues that has been burned, paitings that has been overpainted or removed, silver and gold word that has been melted down..... GAAAH. Yeah, I'm happy people got to read the Bible in their own language, but that's about it. And seeing how literally they take the translations today, I'm not sure it was a good thing afterall... :/

OK, I'm rambling... Thanks for posting those pictures. I'm currently studying Medieval and Renaissance art, so it's interesting to see different depictions of the Virgin.
