Look what I got!!!

amonik visited me yesterday and we had a really nice time. We talked about school/work and life and crafts and so. Anna came over too so there was some discussion on knitting, since they're both experienced and fanatic knitters. And I got a present from amonik:


She had intended them for herself but they had gotten too big and they fit me perfectly! They're from wool yarn she has dyed herself by painting it with dye. Isn't it cool?

Yes, aren't they? They're also very comfy, I'm wearing them right now. It's superwash so they're not scratchy at all (not that I mind scratchy really).

Those are cool! You're about to get me hooked on socks and stockings ya know. I'm already yearning for a pair of cashmere socks. It is actually cold today and I'm wishing I had something besides my utilitarian white cotton socks.
