Taking care of myself

I did go to the aqua aerobics today and my body felt more energetic thant it has for a while. Let's hope it continues to feel like that.
Now I'm home with a mix of henna and indigo in my hair. The hair on top of my head and the large towel around it makes my head look like the alien "woman" from Mars attacks. I will leave it in for three hours.
And I have cleaned the god-awful mess that's created whenever you dye your hair with henna.
I think Anna will come over today which is good. I have sewn both outer fabric and lining for the murrey surcoat and will sew them together tonight.

*laughs* The last time I did henna, I got so frustrated I stripped down and sat in the bathtub with the bowl and a hand mirror. My biggest challenege is convincing the cats that I'm not putting gelid catnip on my head.

Our cat Mysko is crazy about the way my hair smells after I've done aqua aerobics. He loves chlorine. He tries to get into the plastic bag I had my wet bathing suit in and rub himself with the "delicious" smell. He's also crazy about my dad's after shave and licks him violently in the face and on his neck. I will not jumt to any conclusions here...
