Yesterday was the swedish national day so people where free from work. We didn't participate in any of the organized activities (nationalism is not my thing, too many bad consequences), but I put on my folk costume and we went to a party. It was a party held by my colleague Hauwa Mahdi to celebrate that she had defended her dissertation on monday and now has her PhD in history. I brought all my kids, since she said that was perfectly okay according to Nigerian custom. It was a nice party though Maja got a little bored and wanted to explore the forest behind, that's where the photo is taken. The hippie girl is Vendela and the other one Valeria.
