I have finally taken photos of my dress based on the Holbein sketch of the More family. Unfortunately the dress doesn't look as good as it actually does, it needs to be ironed, for one. But I just wanted to have it up so I used the pictures I had and will replace them later, when I have better pictures. The veil looks a bit off and the stomacher isn't pinned tightly enough, Rickard had never done it before and was a little wary about putting pins into my side. But still, here it is.

Hey cool! I like seeing the final look, even if it was too hot to do any ironing. :-) The pink-blue sleves are exciting but still "go" with the dress pretty well.

I like how you did all the experiments with pregnant and non-pregnant looks and got it all to work out just like the painting.

Me too. I do need a farthingale under this dress though. The skirts stand out much more in the sketch than mine does. Mine looks more like earlier drawings of this style.
