You have all my sympathy!! After 4 pregnancies (my youngest just turned a year old) I can understand your pain. Is this pregnancy also twins? Not far along enough to tell yet? I love babies, but hate being pregnant. I can feel a bad case of baby fever coming on. I sincerely hope it is an enjoyable pregnancy, I have heard that they exist. :D
I'm only in week 11 and won't know if it's twins for 6-7 more weeks, after the ultra-sound. I don't think it's twins again because this pregnancy feels different. For exemple: I do feel queasy but I've only been sick four times total. Last time I was sick more than four times a day. For four months!! I think it will be enjoyable later on, when the hormone levels have settled some, last time the middle months were really nice.
