Still very tired, though not in so much pain. My back seem to be recovering (touches wood). I have now seen all of Elizabeth R and indeed, it was as good as you all say.
Now I'm watching Shakespeare in love though, very distractedly, and sewing shifts for my big girls. All their medieval clothes were made two years ago and they're at least 5 inches taller now.
It fills me with such joy to think of how they have grown, both in body and in mind. It is good to be a parent. Lots of work and some worries, but good.

Date: 2006-11-20 03:53 pm (UTC)My mom nibbles candied ginger when she's in pain from her arthritis, I don't know how much is placebo but she claims it helps her some. I know a place around Olskroken that has some really yummy candied ginger, I could pick some up for you if you'd like me to? :)
My mother also becomes very stiff and sore from her arthritis pain since the pain causes her to tense her muscles. If that is also the case for you I could also show you and Rickard what works for/helps her.
