I don't have any. Since I need to have supportive soles made especially for me in my shoes the models I can choose from are limited and shoes are also _very_ expensive, which also limits my choices. If my husband is at home I get him to tie them.
Ack! That evil hideous heartburn. The only thing that ever worked for me to control that when I was pregnant was lots and lots of milk. Tums, rolaids, and stuff just made it so much worse. That stuff was just horrid, you have my sympathy
Urk. Heartburn. I had it so bad during my second pregnancy that had to take Tagamet for it, which at the time was available by prescription only. I could not lay down or bend over without having that so-wonderful burning-in-the-back-of-the-throat thing.
