Both sleeves are sewn (by hand) and one of them is sewn to the bodice. It really looks like a real piece of 18th century clothing. If I sew the other sleeve to the bodice tomorrow there may be pictures. If I can whip up the energy to lace myself into the corset.
Theoretically tomorrow should be spent at the university, since Rickard is home with Maja. I need to work some more on that application. But after not having worked on it for a week I feel like I've lost the ability to "think application". Before, I could get ideas in the middle of the night, now it feels so distant. I am also busy reading a friend and colleague's dissertation. 400 pages about the aristocracy and monasteries in pre-plague Sweden; from a gender perspective. Interesting, but a bit long for a christmas holiday. She will defend it on the 12th of January and by then I need to have read it.
