I love that the wheel has turned and that it is lighter now again. Two weeks ago, at winter solstice, you could only see the reflection of the sun, hiding behind the horizon, at this time of day; now it's light outside.

This day promises to be a clear, bright day, still too warm of course, but other than that.

It isn't here yet. We are still getting dark at 4pm and not getting light till 7am! Will be another month before we start seeing a difference!

Poot!

This is the part of winter I loathe and hate! Being in the dark for most of it!

Agreed.

I noticed the same thing this morning! It's so nice to see the sun crawl up over the hills just a tad earlier each morning. :)

I love the light, but it feels so weird with this warm weather. I'm in March-mood already, and will probably be terribly depresed when the snow comes instead of spring.

*hugs*

I saw catkins and small, small leaves on the hazel yesterday. So wrong.

Being closer to the equator, it's not so bad down here. But I agree with you. I love watching to see if I can notice the light coming sooner, or lasting later.
