I'm 1/4 through on the hem on the hand sewn kirtle. The hem and lacing holes is all that remains now. It seems to be a little shorter in the bodice than planned, makes me think early 16th c german or so. On the other hand, since my torso is so long it will probably just make me look more proportional. But for me it looks weird of course, I'm used to my body.
