Domestic bliss

frualeydisI now have a new book case in the work corner of the bedroom, replacing the old dresser and giving me some space for my work binders. Accidentally it also provided me with a better place to store my sewing machine and a better way to organize and store my sock collection.
My mother and I went to IKEA yesterday to get it.
My darling hubby is sick, but still vacuumed the big girls' room after they had picked up everything on the floor. He's also currently explaining how snooker works for the girls, and that gives me such a good feeling of home.
Oh, and the big girls actually cleaned their room.
And Vendela's riding lesson went really well yesterday.
And I have made all the lacing holes on one front piece of the effigy corset. I have decided that since it's so boring I will sew the boning channels on the back piece first. Like that isn't boring.
Oh, and I have just gorged myself on woked chicken fillet and vegetables.
