Yay! for good friends

herzeloyde has been here most of the day, helping and pushing me to make my CV and now it's sort of finished. Tomorrow I need to work on my idea for an application and send it to professor Lise Bender Jörgensen to see if she likes it.
And the sun has come out again after the hail and snow of the morning.
All in all a pretty good day.

Congratulations you succeded making your CV, now for the aplication i cross my fingers for you.
I know how it is with getting a job at museums. Once i worked at the textile conservation department at the Museum of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, and i was in heaven. But alas, the job was only for 7 months, i was helping with the washing and care of all the laces.
I really understand you, that you want to work at a museum, it is very exciting!

Yay! I thought about it too late the other day when you said you felt crappy because you don't work and 'contribute to society'. I think you need to keep in mind that you're raising three children. If that's not a contribution to society I don't know what is.
