I love the idea of a nice early morning - watching the sun come up and stream into the house but I am usually still trying to wake up.

The sun must be over your house this morning as its cloudy and grey here - which is a shame as yesterday was a glorious day!! Just heard the weather forecast - its going to stay cloudy, grey and cold! Blergh!

Oh well, better get ready for work. At least edmndclotworthy is looking after the parrot!

Yes, it's ten to eight here now. I do usually get up at six though, that's when Rickard gets up to go to work. And I like that hour and half before Maja gets up. I can't erally start working, since my work computer is in the bed room, so I can hang around on the internet and read the morning paper.

I love mornings when I manage to actually be awake at early hours. By 'awake' I mean a) not asleep, and b) not feeling sick and struggling to make my brain feel like a brain and not a mouldy sponge. :)

I don't get them to myself very often (being married to a man who leaves for work at 5:20 a.m.), but yes, I agree with you...I love quiet early mornings.

Me too, as long as I don't have to do anything. That's why I like to get up two hours before I have to leave the house.
