So I went to the aqua aerobics for the first time since before christmas. Or rather, I went to the pool, since it wasn't a class but a time when you can come and exercise by yourself. Of course I overdid it a little, so now I'm sore in my calves (which is weird, since I walk a lot, so they should be in shape) and upper arms. But that's the way I am, I always work as hard as I can and with pool training it is easy to overdo it because it is warm and nice and you don't feel how much you really work and the water resistance is actually tougher than you think.
But I'm going on tuesday morning too. It doesn't really hurt, I'm more surprised than hurting really.
