Wedding anniversary, how to not celebrate it

Today is our fourth wedding anniversary (we've been together about ten years). This will be celebrated by me going to the doctor to see if they can fix the toes on my left foot. They are terribly crooked by arthritis and that makes the front of the foot "fall down" and causes bad inflammations in tendons and joints; which of course make it hard for me to walk.
After that I'm going to work some and tonight there's choir. I have not yet decided if I'm going or if I'm going to do something with my husband.

Thanks. I skipped choir after all, to be with him. Then we sat in different rooms in front of our computers ;)
