You can actually set the clock after me. Every night at 3 I wake up because the painkillers have worn out and I need some more for my aching teeth/ear. Then it depends on how bad the pain is if I can go to bed directly or will have to wait for the new pills to kick in. Tonight, obviously, the case is the latter.
