sewing, books, movies, football
Jun. 17th, 2007 03:48 pmI've just cut out a 16th century kirtle to Maja from thin rose red wool twill. It will be either laced or closed with hooks and eyes in front. I've also been reading some more in The amber spyglass. I haven't read them before, but when I found out that the kids had them (a gift from their dad and his wife) I borrowed them. And, not surprisingly, I had trouble putting them down.
I am still on my Grease kick, but to get some variety I just put on Cry-Baby on video. Hopefully it will wake up Maja :) She's still napping (she fell asleep late) and soon we have to leave for the football game we're going to. I'm nervous as always, it won't feel good until it ends and we have won.
