Maja likes musicals

Since Maja likes films with music in them I have now introduced her to The Phantom of the Opera as well as Rock'n roll high school. She seems to like them both. The former is known as "where they take her mask", she still haven't sorted out "he" and "she" and "his" and "her", but apparently the crucial scene for her is when Christine takes off the Phantom's mask. Since she only saw Rock'n roll high school this evening it doesn't have a name yet, but she's watched it two times already and wanted to see it again.

I have made garters with fingerloop braiding for the overknee wool hose I made for Maja the other day. I think that she has everything she needs for Visby now. It would be nice with a 16th century gown as well as a kirtle, but it's not really necessary. She may need a new coif though, I'd better start with that.

I was crazy for Camelot as a child-maybe it was the costumes in addition to the music.

I only saw it once, as a teenager, but I loved it. I think I will have to get hold of it.
